Can I use any of the text or images presented on this website
without buying a template license? No. This is strictly forbidden by US and international copyright law. Severe penalties can result. This includes the copying of our text by handwriting, electronic and other means. |

do the printing for us? No, we do not print your postcards. Instead, we provide you with professionally-designed insurance postcard templates. You can then modify the ones you license by adding your agency's logo and other information or changing the text on the front or back to better meet your needs. You can then take the modified template to any local commercial printer that works with Microsoft® Publisher software or print the postcards yourself. |

postcards printed? You can take your modified template (or just the CD we send you) to any local commercial printer that works with Microsoft® Publisher software. |

Can I self-print and mail some postcards in order to determine which
ones work best? Yes. You can test market the effectiveness of a postcard template on your intended targets, without committing to printing or buying thousands of cards. Conduct a test by printing a few hundred cards on your color inkjet or color laser printer. Print on readily available postcard paper or card stock that can be found at any office supply store. Plus, if you decide to self-print your postcards, there's no need to print out and paste mailing labels. You can imprint the names and addresses of your prospects directly onto the cards as you print them, using Microsoft® Publisher's powerful mail merge capability. You can also mail merge prospect or insured data elsewhere on the card, even on the front! |

Do I

Can I modify the text on the back of the postcard templates? Yes. With Microsoft® Publisher, you can easily edit the text on the back. |

Can I add my photo to the back of the postcard templates? Yes. With Microsoft® Publisher, you can easily import your photo image and place it where you want. |

Can you
provide templates in another (non-Publisher) file format for my commercial printer? No. All postcard templates are designed to work exclusively with Microsoft Publisher software. However, we will extend permission for your printer to reformat our design, for your postcard printing purposes only, in any non-web software program of his choosing, as a one-time courtesy. Special "tif" file versions of each postcard image are provided, on the CD, with each template design that you order. |

Can I use any of the images or text on the templates that I order

postcards for us? No. We provide templates with innovative ideas for you to license. We do not provide printing, list, or mailing services. |

Can
I order a custom-designed postcard template from you? There is no need to. When you license a template, you are free to modify the text on the front and the back of card. This way, you can use the graphic and the overall design of the card, but change the wording to whatever you want. That's the template advantage! Still, if you do not find any postcard design that meets your purposes, you are most welcome to suggest-a-card. We evaluate these suggestions on a regular basis. |
