Advantages of licensing our templates vs. buying printed cards from us
»

bulletInstead of a receiving a pile of preprinted postcards from us, you get three templates of each postcard design that you order: regular-sized one-to-a-page, regular-sized four-to-a-page, and jumbo two-to-a-page. [Click here for details on the three sizes.]

bulletYou have complete flexibility in terms of editing and printing our predesigned marketing postcard templates.  You can change text on the front or the back of the card with ease.  Plus, you don't have to be online in order to make the changes you want.  You receive all of our templates on CD-ROM, allowing you to make desired design changes (if any), self-print, test market and more, all from the convenience of your home or office.

bulletAll templates work exclusively with Microsoft® Publisher*, the world's leading easy-to-use desktop publishing program.  You can quickly customize and modify our template designs to meet your marketing needs.

bulletYou save a fortune on design charges.  We've done all the core design work for you.  By using Microsoft® Publisher*, you can easily add your own agency identification, logo, and more.

bulletYou can test market the effectiveness of a postcard template on your intended targets, without committing to printing or buying thousands of cards.  Conduct a test by printing a few hundred cards on your inkjet of laser printer.  Print on readily available postcard paper or card stock that can be found at any office supply store.  [Click here for marketing tips.]

bulletIf you decide to self-print your postcards, there's no need to print out and paste mailing labels.  You can imprint the names and addresses of your prospects directly onto the cards, as you print them, using Microsoft® Publisher's* powerful mail merge capability.  You can also mail merge prospect or insured data elsewhere on the card, even on the front!

bulletIf you decide to let a professional print your cards, your agency can have as many of your own postcards printed from our templates as you like, by a commercial printer.  There is no limit on the number of cards that you can print for yourself.  No extra charges from us.  [Exceptions: Insurance companies, vendors, agency consultants, and agent associations contact us regarding extra fees.]

bulletYou can quickly modify the original marketing purpose of a postcard template by changing its text.

bulletYour license to use the templates that you order is perpetual, as long as you adhere to our reasonable software licensing agreement.  No need to ever renew it.

* All postcard templates are set up to work exclusively with Microsoft® Publisher.  Files can be opened with Publisher versions 2000, 2002, and 2003.  Version 2003 is recommended.  Click here to order Microsoft Publisher 2003 from Amazon.com.
